We recently completed an extensive remodeling project that was General Contracted by Scott Skirmanski of Stoneridge Builders. This included both new construction of a 3-car garage and breezeway (with a full bath) and complete demolition and remodel of the entire first floor.
Scott presented a great quote and kept all numbers and details on the forefront for the entire project. Even his sub-contractors called him meticulous and detail oriented. The project was completed within the time frame promised (just over three months), and we are extremely happy with the results.
We would highly recommend Scott and Stoneridge Builders to anyone planning to undergo a remodel project. We’re so pleased with Scott and his work that we plan to work with him again when we build a house in the future.
